Meet our dynamic trio: Marty, Diego, and Matt—three seasoned professionals with a wealth of experience in the restaurant and hood cleaning businesses.
Marty has been a staple in the restaurant industry since his teenage years. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully owned and managed several ventures, including a liquor store, a restaurant equipment repair service, and four restaurants. In 1991, he embarked on the journey of founding three hood cleaning companies. Today, he leads Hood Buddies LLC alongside Diego in Georgia with the Roof Buddy and Matt in Alabama with the Roof Buddy 2, bringing innovation to grease containment systems and an array of hood accessories.
Diego joined forces with Marty in late 2016, bringing with him a rich background in operating multi-level restaurants. His expertise extends beyond hood cleaning to include repair and maintenance of ventilation systems, along with specialized skills in exhaust fan and motor replacements. Together, he and Marty continue to thrive in Georgia in the hood cleaning industry, making significant strides with Hood Buddies LLC.
Matt has been an integral part of our team since 2015, initially serving as the Director of Operations in Florida before relocating to Alabama, where he has now overseen our Alabama office for 7 years. He has demonstrated exceptional skills in hood cleaning and grease containment system installations. Recently, we are proud to announce that Matt has become part owner of Roof Buddy 2, solidifying his commitment to our mission and enhancing our capabilities.
We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch services and products to keep your kitchens safe and efficient. With Marty at the helm, Diego leading the Georgia office, and Matt leading the Alabama office, our team is dedicated to excellence in every aspect of hood cleaning and grease containment.
